20x120 cm tiles measure 20 cm wide and 120 cm long and feature a narrow, elongated shape, making them suitable when the aim is to enhance longitudinal veining and create a clear direction across the floor. The format gives the ceramic surface a clear visual presence and makes it possible to define the relationship between tile, grout line and laying pattern with precision.
In 20x120 cm porcelain stoneware, colour, veining and texture vary considerably depending on the chosen effect. More uniform surfaces mainly emphasise the geometry of the module, while marble, stone and more dynamic material effects make use of the tile size to reveal variations and details. A matching grout colour creates a more continuous overall effect, while a stronger contrast highlights the laying pattern.
The format is suitable for living areas, bedrooms, corridors and commercial spaces. Long rows with few transverse joints create strong continuity along the longer side. When used on walls, the orientation can be chosen according to the surface to be covered; on floors, the tile layout can follow the shape of the space and the position of the furnishings.
Lea Ceramiche 20x120 cm porcelain stoneware solutions make it possible to use the same size with different aesthetics and finishes, while keeping the quality of the surface at the centre of the design. The choice of format should always take into account the actual dimensions of the space, the cuts required and the laying pattern, in order to achieve a precise result that is consistent with the project.
