Garden Suite, designed by ROBERTA STUDIO for MODE Eco Mood Hotel, reinterprets contemporary hospitality as an experience deeply rooted in nature. Conceived to offer comfort and privacy, the suite opens directly onto the garden, establishing a continuous dialogue between inhabited space and landscape, unfolding through a fluid sequence of interior environments and a sweeping "open-air room", designed to be enjoyed throughout the entire day.
The project follows the principles of Biophilic Design, integrating natural tones, fluid forms and sculptural vegetation to restore an authentic connection with the natural environment. Within this balance, Lea Ceramiche surfaces play a decisive role: they become the material thread that binds interior and exterior, ensuring aesthetic continuity, durability and a refined spatial identity.
Outside, the flooring in Masterpiece Sand (60×120 cm, thickness 20 mm) defines the character of the pathway leading guests to the suite, engaging in dialogue with the sinuous flowerbeds and Mediterranean vegetation. The surface alternates between adhesive installation in the areas adjacent to the building and raised installation over gravel in zones closer to the greenery and pool — a solution that enhances the material quality of the collection while ensuring optimal performance in every context.
Inside, the suite is enveloped in a calm and luminous atmosphere, enhanced by floors clad in Pigmenti, selected in the Chalk colourway and 100×100 cm format: a softly textured surface that amplifies natural light and delivers a contemporary reading of the ceramic material. In the bathroom, the shower area is defined by Listello 25, chosen in the same nuance to introduce a refined and measured rhythm, completing the interior palette with elegance and full design coherence.
A defining element of the project is the vegetation, curated by ROBERTA STUDIO to transform each space into a living, seasonal ecosystem: shade plants, tillandsias and edible species compose natural scenographies that evolve with the passage of time. The interplay of light, greenery and Lea Ceramiche surfaces generates a multifaceted sensory experience, in which ceramics are not a mere material, but an integral part of the domestic landscape.
The Garden Suite exemplifies the philosophy of MODE Eco Mood Hotel: genuine sustainability, thoughtful material selection, and quality of living. Within this equilibrium, the Lea Ceramiche surfaces — both developed in collaboration with Ferruccio Laviani — not only deliver performance and durability, but actively contribute to shaping a space of distinctive character, where nature and architecture merge into a contemporary experience of wellbeing.
