In Alagna Valsesia, among woods and streams at the foot of Monte Rosa, Mountain Village — Cascata d’Otro reinterprets Alpine tradition in a contemporary key. Designed by G22 Projects for Pink Mountains, the residential complex consists of eight A4-class buildings, perfectly integrated into the landscape and conceived for a new way of living the mountains, sustainable and refined.
The architecture draws inspiration from high-altitude refuges and Walser settlements, but reinterprets them with an essential and contemporary language: large windows, wood and metal shape pure and luminous volumes, while the porcelain stoneware surfaces by Lea Ceramiche ensure aesthetics, resistance and safety in the most sensitive areas of contemporary living.
Each of the bathrooms of the 96 housing units is enhanced by Masterpiece, the collection by Lea Ceramiche designed by Ferruccio Laviani. Selected in the Master White and Master Sand tones in the 60×120 cm format, the surfaces translate the designer’s research into a synthesis of balance, elegance and authenticity, giving ceramic material a contemporary architectural strength.
The Masterpiece slabs thus become an integral part of the project, interpreting the space as a place of well-being, balance and safety, also enhanced by the Protect® antibacterial protection. As in every Lea Ceramiche project, beauty and technology merge into a coherent and sensitive language, where ceramic material expresses a new idea of comfort and naturalness.
